These terms apply to the Preston's Butchers ordering app and the sign-up process on our website. "We", "us" and "our" mean Preston's Butchers, Plympton, Devon. If you need to get in touch, give us a ring on the shop number or pop in.

Our app lets you build an order from the counter and collect it in store at a time that suits you. Payment is taken in store at collection — there's no online payment.

When you request access we ask for your name, email, phone number and address. We use these details only to set up and run your ordering account, and to contact you about your orders.

By downloading and signing in to the app you agree to receive push notifications from us. These cover things like:

• order confirmations and updates
• collection reminders
• occasional shop news, seasonal specials and offers

You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings without affecting your ability to use the app.

Please keep your contact details up to date so we can reach you about your orders. We may suspend or close accounts that misuse the service.

Orders placed through the app are a request to prepare goods for collection. They're confirmed when you collect and pay in store. From time to time we may need to amend or decline an order if stock or supply changes — we'll let you know if that happens.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always live on this page, and continued use of the app means you accept the current version.
