Bring steaks to room temperature, remove from packaging, brush with oil & season as desired. Heat the oil in the pan to high and place in the steak. Try not to move the steak until side one is ready to turn. Turn the steak over and repeat the above process until cooked to your liking. Remove from pan and 'rest' for 5 minutes. Enjoy :-)
