Beef Ribeye Steak is equally good grilled, fried or BBQ’d with a marbling of fat within the steak itself rather than around the edge (line sirloin and rump). Very rich in flavour & taste and also very tender. Because of the marbling they are difficult to over cook too!

Bring steaks to room temperature, remove from packaging, brush with oil & season as desired. Heat the oil in the pan to high and place in the steak. Try not to move the steak until side one is ready to turn. Turn the steak over and repeat the above process until cooked to your liking. Remove from pan and 'rest' for 5 minutes. Enjoy :-)
